I don't usually get into political matters, but I had to say something here.

It is amazing how much the media attacks our President.  Yes it is true President Trump says some really poor things, but strangely enough, he somehow ends up right much of the time. They would rather destabilize our country to ruin President Trump, then what is actually best for our country.  This might be distasteful, but here are two images.

If you don't know who Geraldo Rivera is at the end, he's probably one of the most recognized news reporters of all time, and a fairly liberal guy.  Geraldo's Tweet is in response to what the mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico is saying.  Note also Geraldo is Hispanic and in San Juan and has been for several weeks and during Hurricane Maria.

Note also the screen cap is from mouthpiece of hate, MSNBC.  0ver 92% of what they say is anti Trump and anti Conservative view points.  This same mayor also praised the President just a few days before.

While Dr. Seuss did produce some anti-Japanese propaganda early in his career, he was hardly the only one--a lot of it was floating around during WWII.  Uncomfortable as it may be, it's part of our nation's history.   His later works deal more with social satire and take on such problems as prejudice and  discrimination ("The Sneetches"), war and the arms race ("The Butter Battle Book"), and environmental issues ("The Lorax").   If anything, progressives should celebrate Seuss' innovative and forward-thinking ideas, not decry him as a racist.
