He always comes up with something.  He loves it when people talk about the female form or like... he will bring up funny smells guys have or something.  I don't know, but he will do something, I'm sure of it.

I might choose that new cops hair, not Officer Cuffs... but I like Cuff's authoritarian attitude, like he has to be in control.  It's so cute, could totally work on him.

I love Cuffs' attitude. He tries to keep that tough cop act, look all in charge, and he seems to like it. But he flubs up sometimes. Or is actually right and didn't check the booty haha.

You sure? I think they look the same. Same hair and same color for ther outline. Either way, their hair is awesome.

Derpibooru doesn't tag Cuffs right, but it has at least two versions of CUFFS and the other guy. 

The other guy looks a lot more like Cuffs in this comic though.

Note there is a color difference between the two, and the biggest difference (other then personality) is that Cuffs doesn't have the thick eyebrows.

Cuffs and the other guy are not the same cop.  If that is the case, there are three cops so far.  The other one was a female but I don't think was anyone from Scootaquest.

We need that Luna colored cop pone back, I don't know her name.

I think that's where I wondered if she was basing him off Cuffs from Scootaquest. Cuz of the hair. Cuz it's awesome. I kinda thought the female cop looked like Star Dusk. But I could be wrong.

Ah, oh my gosh you're right! I didn't notice them big ol' eyebrows! Other cop's got some nice thick ones. I wonder if all Ponyville Police are required to have that same haircut.
