Many modern age reboots, remakes, and spin offs have been hated such as people pointing them out for ruining childhoods due to them having huge changes and differences from the originals.

But here is one question I have.

Would any hated reboots, remakes, and spin offs be less hated by ignoring the originals or will they still be hated even when ignoring their original predecessors?

It depends on the reboot, remake, and spin off.  Some are good.

Most of the time it comes down to the original people upset the new version isn't as good or it ruins their perfect old version.

At the same time, it is pretty noticeable how poor the quality is of many new reboots, remakes and spin offs.  It takes looking at something like the new Ghost Busters as an example, or Pony Life over Friendship Is Magic.  The quality, writing, cast, etc, is noticeably worse or given worse content to work with.  Not to mention the "dumbing down" of content.

But how about viewing the reboot/remake/spin off as it’s own thing while ignoring the original? Would that change a person’s view on the hated reboot/remake/spin off or would it still be hated even when ignoring the original?

In most cases yes, many would be horrible even as their own thing.

You can't hide low standards.  Bad writing, bad acting, bad quality animation or content.  It's apparent.

With no context, most would still be bad and forgettable.

Which reboots, remakes, and spin offs do you think would still be bad even when ignoring their original predecessors?

Most of the new Looney Tunes ones.

The new Thundercats.

The new Carmen San Diego.

The new Rugrats.

Pony Life.

The Spongebob spinoffs, Kamp Koral and the Patrick Star Show.

The Powerpuff Girls reboot.

That horrible Total Drama kids show.

That is just to name a few.

Some have said that a few of the live action Disney remakes would still be bad even when ignoring the original animated versions.

Yes.  The new Disney "reboots" would be bad still without the priors.  Low effort re-writing and questionable CGI.  They are not good.  No Disney magic or spark in them.

Yes, yes.  And so much more.  Even more if we look beyond cartoons.

Speed Racer: The Next Generation.

Ben 10 the 2016 reboot.

Anything Ninja Turtles.

Sonic Underground, lol.

The Garfield Show.

Powerpuff Girls 2016 reboot.

A reboot of The Fairly OddParents is coming and we know it will be bad.  It's going to be live-action.

Rugrats (2021)

and how about for Disney spin offs that were hated by fans of the original Disney predecessors?
(of course we still have Disney spin offs that are well or decently liked by the predecessors’ fans, I’m just talking about the ones that were lambasted on social media sites after or around when they debuted)

A lot of the spin-offs are of lower quality.  It varies. Sometimes they water down the originals are take the basic premise of the original and make it so simplistic, it is left with no depth or vision to be it's own thing.

One of the examples is the Stitch! Anime where Lilo and Stitch fans argue about it just because of Lilo being replaced. But what would the reactions be if people were to view the Stitch! Anime as it’s own thing while ignoring the previous Lilo and Stitch incarnations?

Reboots and remakes rarely reach the same level of popularity, they don't have the same spark or charm as the original. Some do find traction with the fans but fail regardless, because it isn't hitting the right target audience or isn't selling enough merch. Reboots and remakes are fine if they respect the source material and expand upon it instead of changing it or ignoring it. Respecting the source material doesn't mean telling the exact same story, the new story could be set in the past or the future.
