We got a real one once. It was nice. But we usually use a fake one.

I use a fake year after year.  I love the real ones, they smell great, but they are a mess and when they start to shed or die... it's sad.

I'm actually half-Jewish-half-Christian, so we do both in my house. Our traditions sort of change themselves to match whatever dates Hanukkah tends to fall on, but we always do two things: celebrate Christmas with my mom's side of the family, and have a family Hanukkah party with my relatives on my dad's side. (We also do Thanksgiving w/ my mom's family, which... isn't directly Christmas related. xD)

This year it's looking like we're having our party on the day after Christmas, as Hanukkah starts Christmas Eve.

Merry Christmas! :D  We're so close.

Does anyone go around and look at other Christmas lights?  Maybe pack up in the car and go for a drive to see them?

Yeah, each year we pile into the minivan and go check out Lights of the Delta.  It's pretty cool seeing the displays "move", and taking the little ones to Santa's workshop.  Just mind the --

Yeah, I do that.  We do that.  Yes!  Christmas lights are a one time thing each year, unless you have that inconsiderate and annoying neighbor who leaves their lights up all year round because they are like, "That way I don't have to put them up every year!"

Merry Christmas everyone.  So hopefully you are all doing what you love right now!  Family maybe?  Friends?  Food?  Lots of food?

Merry Christmas everyone!  Why are we all still up?  We should be asleep so old Saint Nick can stop by. ;)
