There are a new comic from IDW. I didn’t have an original to look at, but I found this frame on Derpibooru. Looks like a very wet shameless sneeze from a four-legged character.

Do we know why she is sneezing?  It's so random to just have a character sneezing.  Looks wet and sneeze cloudy.

I had been holding back posting this because I couldn't determine if the character was a male or not.  They look male to me, but I don't know?  Also I haven't seen context that led to this sneeze.  I am super curious. Possibly more sneezes if it's some ongoing joke in this comic.

But I prefer when there are no reason. Just random tickle which happens with anyone anytime .

No context at all. It’s the first frame with that pony.

I cannot find this comic online, so I have no idea.  It's a really nice big sneeze. Maybe the introduction of a sneezy pony?

I don't see eyelashes and the shape isn't female so much... the hair could be either way and the cutie mark seems more female, but might not be.

So apparently the scene this comic came from has not been released yet.  There are pre-orders for it.  It seems likely this character is going to be a sneezy character.  It is called, "My Little Pony: Kenbucky Roller Derby #1 - IDW Exclusive."

So this story will continue.  That extra panel of the green pony does give me more hope she is female.  She looks female there.

Of course, every nose deserves to be well-tickled, but the female sneezes are still more desirable by the community.

The new show and their body types make it harder to differentiate the sexes, but I am pretty certain the green one is female.  Her eyeliner appears in the second appearance.  Great strong sneeze.

If that is not a female character sneezing, I will be very very sad.   Fantastic sneeze range and strength she has!!!
