Actually, breathing too much pure oxygen, like from those tanks old folks with emphysema or COPD use, will do a number on you.

It depends on the brand, but I think various brands of cough medicines can have between five and 25% alcohol. Oh, and you can get a pretty good buzz drinking hand sanitizer, too. It's a major ingredient in making  your finer toilet wines.

It helps protect against hangovers.  Gatoraide is designed to replenish everything that alcohol makes your body get rid of (mainly water and electrolytes)
However, gatoraide also helps alcohol get in you quicker.  Least it does when you mix it with vodka  ;D
