Thankfully the storm went through it seems with minimal damage... considering it was a Category 4.

So far there has been a very low death toll, thankfully.  3 people.  Any person is too much, but considering what hit the Gulf Coast, that is very low.  Damage reports coming in are minimal.  There is a fire at an oil refinery in Lake Charles though...

I don't know how many other people in here follow the Marvel movies like Avengers and such. But one of the big stars from that movie series, Chadwick Boseman who played the iconic Black Panther, died earlier today after a five year long battle with colon cancer. I may not have ever gotten the chance to know the guy or what he was like but his portrayal of King T'Challa in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was dead on. It wasn't just an actor playing a role. It was a hero from the comics come to life and walking outside the paper of the books. His time on this world may have been cut short but his legacy in his acting and family will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace, Mr. Boseman.
