MLP:FiM - "Every Little Thing She Does"
Episode 21 of season 6 will premier on September 24th, 2016. It is written by Michael Vogel.
SYNOPSIS: When falling behind on her friendship lessons, Starlight Glimmer attempts to do several lessons at once.

I liked it overall, but I felt it was missing something, not sure what. It was nice to see characters actually mad at Starlight for her poor shenanigans, and it will be hard for them to build up trust with her again after that spat. It was nice seeing her and even Twilight getting upset over this. We saw some building of Spike and Starlight again.
I will give this episode a 7/10. I was going to do a 6/10 but then realized it developed Starlight pretty good and it did build on stuff.

This episode was quite different and Starlight got to get some more of her EVIL personality out. It was a pretty good episode, but I'm not sure if I am glossing over it because it finally has Starlight back in it or not. It saddens me that really Starlight didn't solve the problem. She had Twilight solve it, but there is not doubt that Starlight is super powerful, and I even got wind at the beginning that Starlight even feared her power potential a bit. 7/10.

I will give today's episode an 8 as a score! I really liked it and I was totally thinking Starlight was gonna snap, even more, and go all evil on us.

The Pinkie Pie one is really scary as we realize there ARE spaces between each of her teeth.

I love it when they stretch the boundaries of Flash and make wild faces like that. :) Gosh I would love to see this show traditionally animated with no limitations of Flash. Could you imagine? :D

Well in Flash, wouldn't try just have to pull te rigging and all that?

Yeah, but it's still a lot of work to break a model. It means each time they have to break the rigging.

I liked todays episode, I found it very strange though. It was like... BAD that Starlight was doing all that and didn't think about it ethically. She's still evil, I swear.

Who do you get to do your art stuff?
I watched it, pretty coo. Some of the angles though are really dark. All the others were really well lit. But the ones where the camera is facing the Windows it's hella dark.

So I've listened to it all and the ending was probably the best part when you talked to RAINBOW DASH! That is so cool you have a friend who could just do that for you on the spot, even for a channel that is just starting out. Congrats! That was the most unexpected part.

Oh no no no no no. She didn't just do that for me on the spot. I asked what her rates were and I paid her a commission. Sure she's awesome but she has been paid for her services for quite some time.

Just seems like a waste of money for something so silly. You could have found another RD VA that doesn't charge and would have been more than happy to do get their talent out there.

I don't consider the it a waste at all. That VA is one of my best friends and she is a professional. So I choose to treat her as such and support her.

If she's a best friend, why didn't she... Like I don't know, throw you a line. It's not like she'd be in crippling dept if one person didn't pay her for a few lines. I get wanting to support her, but if she's already on the level of asking to be payed for her lines, doesn't she already have a demand for her voice work?

She did throw me a line and gave me a friend discount. Just because she's my friend doesn't mean I'm just gonna ask her to do it for free. That wouldn't be fair. At least not to me

I don't think it's fair to charge your friends for something that's incredibly easy to do. It would be like my family charging a family friend to fill in a cavity for them. It's just, like why? They're your friend.
But I guess at least she gave you a discount. But for their to be a discount, how much does she charge normally?

Um.....no....just...no. that is NOT how it works.
If it's a gift or a simple request that's one thing. But to ask a professional artist to perform an idea you came up with yourself, be it drawing, voice work or other, friend or not, paying them is pretty much just common sense. AleximusPrime. Big name in the MLS art world. One of my good friends. I pay him every time I commission him. Silverwing. L...granted I haven't paid him for anything in a while because production of the comic was put on pause but for every page I pay him a fee.
You can't just expect free stuff from other people all the time just because they're your friends. It doesn't work that that way.
(And what she charges isn't important. What is important that she worked hard on those linest and she deserves every cent.)

I'm saying if it's something as simple as just basically providing a few lines they really shouldn't charge. I just find that weird.
Artists and stuff I understand. You shouldn't expect free art out of them just cuz they're your friend since you're telling them what to do. And they're taking a hell of a lot more time to draw something for you than sit at a recording booth and say a few lines, even if you count the numerous takes they do. I just frankly think that's stupid. Especially for some fan work stuff. Professional VA's of course should be paid since they're working for a studio and what not and its ther job.

Lets not nitpick everything on the poor guy. Nice to see you getting involved and making a video. You might be able to be pretty well known doing that. But be careful... it's online.

It was a decent episode. Starlight does overdo things then has to try and fix all the overdoing. Poor, mare.

It was kind of predictable and it was a decent enough episode. It was good, but not that great. Shows how Starlight got's this evil overreaction to things... in the evil way. ;D Lol. Take control of friends! It runs in her blood. 7/10.
