"All Bottled Up"
Episode two of season 7 will premier April 15, 2017. It is the 145th episode of MLP:FiM.
PLOT (SPOILERS): While Twilight and her friends are away on a friendship retreat, Starlight remains at the castle to help Trixie practice her unicorn magic. Trixie carelessly uses a teleportation spell on Twilight's Cutie Map table, sending it to an unknown location. Starlight's rage causes a red storm cloud to spew from her horn, which she contains in a bottle for fear of hurting at Trixie. During their search for the map, Starlight's anger at Trixie's carefree behavior continues to mount until the bottle accidentally breaks and releases the cloud, which infests other nearby ponies and makes them attack Trixie. Starlight is able to dispel the cloud and free the possessed ponies by admitting her feelings to Trixie, who finally apologizes for her actions. The two are able to find the map at the spa where they first met, and return it to the castle just as Twilight arrives.

Let me say this, a fun start to the season and I have high hopes.
-
It is off to a great start. I think i like this second episode better then the first episode so far. :)
-
Woooo-hhoooo-hoooo! :D Going to start watching them now.
-
fortunate the title isn't spoiler-y. If they are in the future, can we wait to make threads for them?

fortunate the title isn't spoiler-y. If they are in the future, can we wait to make threads for them?
Indeed. Good thing this episode actually aired today. ;p
-
Yee, saying for the future as well.
But I hadn't expected that. I don't read the first message because spoilers.
-
This episode was really good. Glad they showed two episodes today.
"We learned not to sing songs." - Pinkie Pie
We also learned Starlight DOES have an anger issue.
-
Pfft, only took them an entire season to show it again. About time they show some character traits from 2 seasons ago. So that's good.
-
Liked it. :) Even though Trixie was really annoying throughout the episode. ::) XD
-
Oh bother. That's gonna be an incredible struggle to get through.
-
Trixie was annoying. I so badly wanted to sock her and don't blame Starlight at all. But I am glad they finally (way overdue) did an episode with these two. They do bounce off each other, and again, Spike is great in this episode. They are finally doing him right.
-
Well, that's unfair to say. Spike has been written well before. It just depends on the writer.
-
Spike was back to being well written though, I agree with that. There was a time it seems the particular writers had no idea how to write for him. He was good in these two episodes.
-
I do like how they represented Starlight's anger... but did anyone else seriously not notice that menacing cloud of anger? lol!
-
It may have just been a representation for the viewers to see. I thought that too.
-
But Starlight asked "don't you see the cloud above me?" to Spike.
-
Did he see it though?
-
I noticed most of the episode when Starlight's anger appeared, especially around Trixie, Trixie's eyes would be closed or she wouldn't be looking.
-
Starlight does have an anger issue. She even got so mad, we got to see her neck vein again. ;D
-
I'm glad they showed us people need to show anger sometimes. I feel too many people try to not show anger if it happens... sometimes it needs to be shown to get a point across as in this case.
-
If people could see her anger cloud... then they were sure being nice acting like nothing was happening.
-
I have to go back and see if Spike actually saw it or not... I forgot.
-
Trixie's voice at the beginning when she kept saying "Teacup" was so not what I expected her voice to do.
Who else hoped she was going to have that pepper shaker like explode and cause sneezing?
-
Spike saw it... but he also didn't seem to care when he first saw it. Odd.
-
I wanted that pepper shaker to cause sneezing too. It was a tease she just kept going after the salt one.
-
I thought that too with the pepper. ;)
-
I didn't even think about the pepper. •_•
-
I'm shocked! You usually are one of the first, Numbers. ;D
-
It was the perfect opportunity for a sneeze. ;)
-
But only the second episode, many great opportunities ahead. Also just a great two episodes. Real excited for the season.
-
Spike saw it... but he also didn't seem to care when he first saw it. Odd.
Spike is like Pinkie in that he notices things he probably shouldn't be able to. Like how he noticed the Mane6 were gray in the discord episodes.
-
Yeah, you are right in that aspect.... Spike has SUPER SECRET POWERS! ;D
-
Oh, I forgot to mention.
Trixie was annoying for most of the episode, but she was so adorable at the beginning. "Teacup! Teacup!" ;D
-
Oh yeah, fuck Trixie. She was the most annoying little shitwad on the levels of Calliou, and no one likes Calliou.
Like, how far, HOW FAR up your own ass do you have to be to think that your friend could never be anrgey at your or that you're so perfect you could do no wrong.
And don't get me started on that ending statement about not learning your lesson because it's "more fun this way". Like. What.
-
I loved the beginning at how Trixie kept saying Teacup, but it made me wonder... why does Starlight actually like Trixie?
-
Because PLOT! And because the writers wanted an excuse to have a cult fan favorite come back for good.
-
Plot? Trixie's plot is a reason or... plot like... plot?
-
As in story plot.
-
Thank you. I really wasn't sure for a moment.
-
I wouldn't care for Trixie's rear. As I can't tell the difference from her front and back. They both spew equal amounts of shit.
-
OOOOOHHHHHH!! BURN!
-
Glorious retort.
-
And the crowd goes OOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
-
I can dish out at times ;)
-
We're certainly not full yet, so please, seconds at anytime.
-
Hahaha. Well I need material to work with XP
-
Sadly we got nothing to give you.
-
I'm all empty. I've learned to not bottle up my material.
-
Decent, APD. Decent.
-
It was worth a try.
-
Trixie doesn't lend herself to good material. I mean she does, cuz she sucks. But she's just so bland and damn unlikeable.
-
She is very unlikeable for sure.
-
This was a fun episode! I really enjoyed this one, even though Trixie is super....errrg! Wanna strangle her sometimes!
-
Sometimes! Only sometimes. You strong man.
-
I liked this episode. Trixie is such a butt, and poor Starlight causing herself more harm then good.
8/10.
-
So it was a pretty good episode in my eyes. I liked seeing Trixie and Starlight interact mainly and see how Starlight kept making her ulcers worse. ;) 8/10.
-
7. It was a good episode, but lacking a little bit. I felt the "fight scene" at the end seemed lame too. The backgrounds and visuals seemed like no one else was around, probably a weakness of FLASH for this sort of thing. But I liked Trixie and Starlight's dialogue. Just wasn't enough to pull this episode higher.
-
It was not a bad episode. You really wanted to strangle Trixie in it though, lol. 8.
