What were you drawing? It seams like a lot of people on here like drawing. I just got photoshop just as a trial basis. I hope it’s a good drawing program. ☺️ I will try it out later. I’m on a drawing break.

Some people could make it work, others use it more so for editing photos. If ya want, I can hook ya up with another program.

Photoshop works as a terrific art drawing program, but possibly an even better photo editor.  Photoshop only does bitmap, but Adobe Illustrator does vector and bitmap.  (vector is smooth lines).  Photoshop would be a good thing to learn with though as Adobe products are the industry standard. :)  So if you learn on it, your set.

I took a photoshop class in high school, I'm certified in it...just I forgot so much about it :/

But it's not that hard to use to edit things when you get the hang of it, that's for sure.

I have my own comic series and a blog where you can see my work here

Photoshop is great for scanning, coloring, and editing hand-dawn pages. Adobe Illustrator and Gimp are bit too fancy to suit me, though.   As I've said before, I like a rawer, primitive nineties aesthetic to my art.  Some of your modern comics are slicker and better-looking, but I don't know, they lack a certain... spark.  Compare the Mighty Mouse of the early nineties to a new M.M. series from last year and see if you don't catch my meaning.

They lack a soul and raw emotion.  I understand you completely. New stuff can be are sterile and perfect.

It is right up there with the best.  I believe Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí used it.

There is some impressive MS Paint stuff out there.  Like I don't even know how people do some of that stuff with that program which is so limited.  Kudos to them. :)
