Rockstar Surprised us all and revealed it a day ahead of their supposed reveal date.  Everyone in the office was talking about it and showing it off today.

The city is no longer in Florida.  It is no Leonida.  They upped their law enforcement agency game too.  Looks awesome.  It beat all expectations.
