It's called fondant I believe.
I actually dislike frosting in general. Cakes here in America are just so packed with it and I find myself sloughing it off because it's just too much! It's crazy haha, I usually end up having a pile of it when I eat cake.
I like the cake part, not the icing. Unless it is truly a gourmet like... butter creme icing, but otherwise I wipe it off and eat the good cake part.
