Ooh yeah!  Anything with my feet off the ground, count me in!  Workin hard to get my pilots license actually.  I love flying.  Somethin about being at the will of myself and my own skills is awesome!  The thrill of it is epic!

I bet it does. I've flown in one of those old fashioned airplanes, the ones that seat 4 people max. It was pretty cool.

And Kyrl, I've had 168 hours in the air, so obviously still got a ways to go before I get my hands on an ATPL, but hey.. it'll all be worth it!

168 hours isn't bad.  I think I had somewhere around 300 hours when I switched careers, that got me as far as commercial/multi-engine.  I did a sim for the CRJ-200 also, that was a lot of fun.   Haven't flown much since, its a bit expensive when it becomes a hobby.
If you're planning on going to the navy, wouldn't they do your flight training if you got a slot?  Or do they require you to at least have a private licence?

Kyrl Yeah, I guess.  Workin hard to get further though, had to start kinda late cause of some family issues.. and you said it dude haha.  And yeah, they would train me there, but i wanna get a head start.  They'll actually be able to send me out on missions a lot quicker since they won't have to teach me how to fly, y'know?
