I found that so odd, yet it made it more funny. Twilight really had no reason to get mad if the vase had no possibility of breaking lol XD maybe they were fake flowers lol.

It seems Twilight knows beauty is on the inside and all that stuff, she just seems to lack the confidence and gets a bit worn down when people call her butt fat. But she deals with it with annoyance rather than sadness haha.

So I am sure there is a trope here somewhere.  I know I have seen a cartoon before where a character is called fat all the time, but they aren't actually fat.  For example, Meg isn't really that fat, is she?  Is Twilight in this comic even fat?  I don't see it.

So she knows what to say, how to "Act," but when it comes down to her actually believing in what she says, she doesn't.  That is the true crime here.  She knows what to say, how to act and be a politician.  But as much as she wants to believe her own preaching she does not, or does not have the ability or strength too.  I hope to see her develop more as a character.  It is a crying shame she can't see her inner beauty, though we haven't seen a whole lot of it yet in this series.

Funny how simple cartoons that most might dismiss as being "sketch stuff" can actually be pretty deep.

Informed Flaw. Meg isn't actually bad-looking, she just has some serious emotional problems. Though, looking at her dad, it's perhaps to be expected....

Her Dad is fat. ^^^^^

I loved the parenting comic.  I really like this comic, especially when it does "slice of life" things that I can totally relate too.  Also the "awwww" ones are nice to break up the constant beating of characters.

I don't know if Lyra was trying to be malicious in her comment.  I think it is just her absent minded, klutzy nature that seems to have been made with us, and apparently them.  Why couldn't people like this, WHO GIVE LYRA DEPTH, actually be the people who's ideas gained traction instead of, "hands and lesbians!"

Do you think they have any fathomable idea of a PSF type world?

Probably not lol. I doubt they'd even glance at it if they were shown it.

Why do we keep calling them a female artist?  Do we know this?

Hm... That is very valid. I get a female vibe off of them. But then again, I did with Miggs too before I formally met him... but to be fair, not much was different XP

I suppose it would be better to call the artist "they".

Her Dad is fat.
Although in one episode Brian says her real father is a man named Stan Thompson. This has curiously never been brought up again, however.

I'm gonna keep calling them "her."  Evidence shown supports them being a her.  (I just totally said that for no reason. ;) )

New character in todays episode, Pinkie Pie.  It is borderline creepy.
