Darrin suggested this video get its own topic, or be posted here. Opted for the latter. ;)

A video I made. With clips from a 1982 Australian movie called "Running on Empty". It's the most bizarre thing ever.

Click here for the weirdness. Have fun. ;p

I did have fun!  Lol!  What a silly movie!  How did the car go flying ramping off that Bug?  How did it even do that in the first place?  Should of just hit it.  Then it explodes!  Lol!

Also that one car got hit and just deteriorated!  Lol!

The ending was ridiculous.  The car also just random caught on fire?  lol.  Wut?

What's funny is that today, Australia has some of the strictest codes and regulations to the point that where car ads are not allowed to show any vehicle going over the speed limit or breaking any laws or doing anything  deemed "inappropriate."

I did very much enjoy it.

Darn... The Mad Max days are long gone, then. :o

I also have another video similar to this one.

Here, in case anybody wants to see it. This one's not as crazy, but it still might give a few laughs.

Equally as fun to me!  Gotta love the music playing so silly-ly on the second crash.  Everyone always looks so slimy in 80s movies, lol.

In the one, when the villain is driving away, they then show her car stopped as the bomb goes off!  Why doesn't it go off while she is still moving?

My guess: Blowing up cars while they're moving must actually be more complicated than blowing up a static car. I suppose they didn't wanna go through all the trouble, and opted for a time-saving continuity error.

You would think though if they are taking the time to make a legit movie for theaters, they would want to go the extra mile.

THESE are both great!  I am loving these videos, Numbers.  The second one made me laugh out loud. I didn't even know of AIP.

Certainly. And they wouldn't use stock footage. ;p

It is a lot of work to make these vids, and the fact you have them on your computer somehow to edit them is awesome!  Great vids. :D
