Try a week, then we'll talk.     ;)

So... daylight savings time, eh? Most folks don't get it. Some want to ditch it altogether. What are you doing with your extra hour?  Clean house? Exercise? Watch TV? Sleep in? Take an extra-long lunch break?

I believe I slept through it, luv.  I may have also spent some of that time vacuuming and repainting my door.

I just stayed in and watched that new Rocky Horror Picture Show remake -- imagine, a transgender female in the role of Dr. Frank N. Furter. I suppose a biological/cis-gen woman would have trouble hitting the low notes required in some of the musical numbers, but still-- weird.  What next, an animated production with dogs and cats playing the parts? (Actually, I'd pay to see that. Hell, I'd like to produce it.)

"W-Why you--!  What have you done with Janet??!"
"Nothing. Why, do you think I should?"

Also nice to see Tim Curry as well, now playing the role of Narrator/Criminologist.  Post-stroke, his distinctive voice is slower and more deliberate, but no less compelling for it.

And crawling on the planet's face
Some insects, called the human race...
Lost in time, and lost in space,
 And
meaning.

Tim Curry nailed that role in the original.  Not planning to watch the remake.

Tim Curry's facial expressions and creepy demeanor fit it.

Okay... this is a random question.

Does anyone here like geography or history?  Strange geography facts, etc? You know how on Youtube there are many channels that talk about that stuff and try to make it fun?

Geography does fascinate me though it doesn't as much as history does. I love learning about the past and going to museums. The last exhibit I went and saw before the pandemic set in was a Pompeii exhibit. Boy I loved that.

I love history and geography, especially when I can see or learn something completely new I didn't know.  Weird border boundaries fascinate me too.  That is why I created that topic awhile ago for people to share neat things they found on Google Maps.

Well, now I have got to post this.
With the Animaniacs reboot due to drop today, I'm wondering if we'll get an updated version of this fun little ditty, to reflect how our world has changed in 27 years.  Just as well Yugoslavia's gone; it was too tough to rhyme, anyhow.  ;)

I guess some new Histeria! episodes would be too much to hope for... but, hey, Freakazoid is getting a comeback (sort of)!

I know. I should be in bed right now, but I can't resist the opportunity to talk to everyone.

It always seems to happen on such random days and at random times (usually when you need/want to go to bed)....
