The photo mode improvements will be great.  We don't need Good Year in ETS2.  Michelin is superior.  Let ATS keep it.

Awesome!  I'm not someone who personally cares about tires in the game, I've ever had them wear out or down, not even sure if that's simulated in the game.  But because SCS has given us so much new content for free and continues to, I'm gonna buy it full price.  $3 bucks is what... the cost of a snack at the store?  Not much. :D

Hey, hey!  Be nice.

I did find this from a particular website about commercial trucking tires in the US.  They seem to rank tires by a tier 1 and tier 2 rating.  Goodyear is in the secondary category.  They are among the good, but not the best for commercial trucking.  Now racing, they are among the best (As probably for normal car buyers too).

This website had Goodyear come fifth out of many different tires.

Goodyear makes some great high performance racing tires.  A very good rubber compound for endurance racing as well as some sticky stickers for premium grip.

I like the color scheme that come with the Goodyear pack.

I never understood the appeal of having more brands besides trucks being represented in these games. All I see here with this DLC is advertising that you pay for. I play games to relax, not to think about real companies ran by real people with more money than they could ever spend.

Well, for me — it’s not about brands, it’s mostly about paintable tires! ;D If they were present in the basic game, I probably would not install Goodyears (like a ton of paintjob packs — I didn’t buy any of them in ETS ;D)

Look at those glorious mountains.  I've said it before and I will say it again.  They need to go back to Oregon and Washington and revamp all the mountain scenery.  They were starting the new technology on Washington, but didn't master it until later states.  The difference in mountain detail and scenery is night and day between their Washington and Idaho DLCs.

Double post!

I'm very excited to drive through Wyoming.  I am more excited for this update than I was Colorado or even Texas... why?  I have no idea, lol.  I think it's because I want more remote roads and highways with just tiny towns.  Wyoming will be perfect for that.

Some nice looking scenery.  The Grand Teton Mountains?  Am I getting those right or are those the Rockies?

This is kinda silly.  So in my job, I deal with big rig truckers like this and their drivers all the time.  I should keep my eye on this topic more since you talk about trucks.

I know some stuff about trucks, but I mainly do the routing and planning, and customer service aspect with the people/companies having their stuff moved.  I've been in a few trucks and inside one that had a large cabin with a bed. :)

Aww, no update today.  I really thought there would be one too.  I guess it's coming Thursday.
