Title: Can anyone guess this anime?

I'm on the hunt for some oddities and stuff to build a home video library, VHS/Blu-Ray/DVD. I'm starting out small since the best stuff is expensive but finding rarities is becoming a lot easier, since all the thrift stores in my town house some really rare finds and oddities.

Anyone into anime want to take a shot at what this is? I don't have a clue, but I'm genuinely curious.

Absolutely no clue.  I tried searching it online using keywords.  I even tried translating it!  :P  No luck from me.

This is pretty cool! Someone managed to figure it out on deviantArt. I have no idea how it wound up in my possession in it's original packaging, but I find it pretty hardcore to have it. XD

I definitely appreciate people trying. :3 I was genuinely curious.
