It is a comic showing two female ponies, one represents Italy and the other represents France. France sneezes due to Italy's fur I think.
While it is nicely drawn, it is really hard to understand and see what is going on because of the artists color choices and outlines. This is a perfect example of an artist still learning what colors they should and shouldn't use.
None the less, it's a sneeze and I hope you enjoy it.

That is a shame, you are right. I can't even tell what is happening here because of their outline choices and totally over the top OC design. :-\

They need to learn some points in artistry for sure in terms of contrasts, colors, and what not. Can't rip on the drawing style as that is their own, but you can rip on construction methods.

A lot of conflicting colors going on there with how similar they are in shape and white main coats. But nonetheless, a sneeze. Thank you for finding and sharing with us.
