Some anime I guess called, Boku No Hero Academia.  Characters name, heck if I know? 

There's lots of others on SAFEBOORU, but I thought this was worth sharing since it has so much mess. :)

Although for some reason it doesn't say her name in the tags, that I see, at least.

She has the name of a country!  Kinda... Togo is the country's name....

Heaven above have mercy!  This is one messy sneezer!  I absolutely love it!  Would love to animate this somehow.
