My review.
[spoiler]I loved the characters (the new ones) we got in this episode and the songs were of the highest quality! One of my favorite episodes this season! I hope we see more Kirin, because they are awesome. I want to know more about them! Really good episode!
Let me say, the beginning started out good when humorously Applejack goes up the peaks, just to have to go back down. I am glad this episode had Flutters and Applejack handle this too. They did a good job together.
This episode did a great job on calling out today's society in that everyone is afraid to do anything without getting hated on. You can say things and show anger at the right time and for the right reason, but to just close yourself off isn't going to help anyone. It makes us all bland, the same, and emotionless.

The one bit where Autumn Blaze goes behind the rock to release her rage kind of sounded like a loud sneeze.
We also got a FAKE sneeze from Applejack.

Now the entire episode was really enjoyable to me! I was having a great time and really liked these Kirin characters. Much better design then the reformed Changlings, *shudders*. I really liked Autumn Blaze. One of my favorite new characters revealed this season. She was so happy, bubbly, and was just all on fun! I really wish she was a more common character now.
Applejack and Fluttershy bumbled around, but actually were pretty efficient and solved it all! Great episode! One of my favorites of the season.

Just because these creatures couldn't talk, didn't mean they had to be jerks when guests came.

I'm surprised they acted so nonchalant when some colorful ponies from an outside world visited their supposed unexplored realm.

Okay... lets review this.

So I wasn't too sure to start. It started kind of slow, but quickly got good when they did the joke with Applejack leaving Fluttershy behind. The Kirin are amazing! What a cool creature and they were actually pretty neat when they spoke, too bad they were jerks when they didn't speak. So unhelpful. I think they could have done a diff asset then Celestia model for the leader, that was kind of obvious... Nice new backgrounds and locations.
The character Autumn Blaze was the star of the show to me. She did everything perfectly and was lovable! I loved her character and who she was. Very energetic! I will say I was surprised by this week's message, but it was a good one. You can't be afraid of offending everything and closing yourself off.
Applejack and Fluttershy bouncing off each other was well done too, and never got too cliche.
I am going to give this a high rating because it deserved better then some things I scored and eight. So this episode gets an awesome 9/10 because of Autumn Blaze, the music, and the new locations! Awesome episode.

Some neat new scenery in this episode. I have a lot of questions about their culture. Are they never visited? Are they tribal and living in ancient times, because they didn't seem to care two modern ponies met them. They seem to have an economy of their own... which makes Equestria a really strange place. There are cultures within their domain that they sort of don't recognize and they are autonomous. Their modern technology hasn't expanded to everyone nor does it seem like they are trying to impose their will. They live in uncharted territory, but do they leave their territory? Do they get visitors? Why have they chosen to live their own way still and no expand or make outside contact? Or maybe they have outside contact but since they didn't talk, no one tried to push it. It's just very strange.

My next big question is... I want to know more about Kirin. They obviously have some sort of magical powers. When they get mad they turn into demonic creatures with immense power... and thats scary. Maybe they are purposely kept in this mountain valley?

They are ritualistic and believe in different things then most Equestrian's. Where does this dangerous water that causes ponies to go mute come from? Think about how dangerous this is and what other dangers lie in there valley? An explorer could find this running water and drink it unknowingly... sheesh.

I loved this episode! It was a fun adventure and had some funny moments! I did NOT expect the singing by Autumn Blaze and really didn't expect it to be so good! It was great singing with an awesome song!

It started out like she was acting it, but how she moved, made me think it may have been real. Did she simply state she had a sneeze and actually sneezed?

I like how it's modeled after a horse's actual behavior when bucking. Wonder if the animators watched actual rodeo footage to get the pose just so?

They sure have studied some equine-related stuff to have the references for the poses and animation cycles, especially for the first two seasons, where only Lyra had a human-like sitting pose (sadly, in later seasons it was given to other ponies as well).
Of course, the creators of a new Ford Bronco logo (recently mentioned in the neighbour topic (https://psfforum.com/index.php?topic=2980.msg928721#msg928721)) have captured that pose better, but that was just more realistic horse design requirements ;D.

Too bad we didn’t see AJ doing an actual sneeze like that — her nose needed to do something extraordinary to sneeze. The same with Rainbow Dash — eventually, only Discord’s magic and Pinkie’s tail were able to save these characters from finishing the series with zero in sneeze count chart ;D.
