MLP:FiM - "School Raze Part 1 & 2" is the 25th and 26th episode of season 8 and the 194th and 195th episode overall.  It will be released October 13, 2018.

Nicole Dubuc wrote the first part and Josh Haber wrote the second part.

SYNOPSIS Part 1: The Mane Six embark on a quest to discover why Equestrian magic is failing.

SYNOPSIS Part 2: The Young Six and the Cutie Mark Crusaders stop an evil force from taking over the School of Friendship while the Mane Six try to escape Tartarus.

Can you believe we've made it to the end of season 8?  It seriously feels like we just started.  It seemed like only a few weeks ago we started our season's second half.

And the bittersweetness of this two part episode is knowing it is the second to the last season finale we will have, with season 9 being the last season of MLP:FiM.  It really makes me happy and sad how this awesome series has come so far, all the friends I've made, and for it to end sometimes within 2 years.

With that said, I am excited for this episode tomorrow!

It is with mixed emotions I come into this episode.... 8 seasons.... this the end of our second to the last season.

I look forward for watching this.

Sad the season came to an end in what seemed to be such a short time.

But HOLY CRAP. I LOVED this finale. I won't say more. Hopefully, you guys enjoy it too. :D

So there we go.  Season 8 is done.....and WOW.  What a great two episodes here!  I'm just going to think about it for a bit, regain some thoughts, but it was an awesome season end.  I am thinking it gets a 10/10.

I can't believe how good this season turned out to be! When it started, I admit I first thought it was kinda weak compared to season 7. But then more and more episodes came, and holy ffff, I loved it! From the Friendship School and the new characters that came with it, to... well, to all the rest I can't mention off the top of my head right now. ;D

I wonder what Season 9 will be like. To find out, we shall wait until 2019 (after the fall of New York; 75 points if you got that reference).

Wow, where can I begin with this episode?  I thought it was really good and came together great!  Nice pacing and super awesome character interaction!  [spoiler]I wish Cozy's demise could have been played out more!  But that forbidding ending makes me think there will be a huge thing coming in the future. And arc that expands seasons![/spoiler]  I cannot tell you all how pleased I was with season 8.  Probably one of the most consistently solid seasons, right up there with season 7.  There were some lows this season, but the second half was superb.  I loved this episode and it gets a 9.

I watched earlier because of personal reasons, but I enjoyed wtaching it. I knew who our main villain(s) were going to be, but this finale still took me by surprise! And the best thing we got out of this is the fact that we have ourselves a legitimate Pegasus villain whise more than a jerk!

Whats the little evil one's name?  Cozy Glow?  Anyways, she is just like the evil girl in the cartoon movie, "Cat's Don't Dance."  Sweet, kind, even has a similar look and voice.  But pure evil.

It was a good two-parter and it flowed very well.  An easy 9/10.  Great finale.

Well the school is open to everyone. I can imagine that they send students there who may prove themselves academically efficient, but struggle with socialization ans friendship.

This season ended on such a high.  I hope it can carry through season 9.

Then if season 9 ends on a high, we'll all be sad that it can't continue.
