Not sure who Makoto is but she is wearing a pickachu outfit and... diapers?  Uhhh... sure.  There seems to be many fetishes going on her.  But hey, she sneezes at least and it's pretty good and well made!

I don't like the big diaper thing, but her sneeze itself is pretty well drawn and cute.
