I saw this too.  It is amazingly well drawn and colored.  But is it actually a sneeze?  I couldn't find out how this was really a sneeze.  I love it though and want to imagine it as a sneeze.

AWESOME QUALITY here.  It's like quality level 200!  Amazing work!  I still am shocked this is a sneeze picture.

What is strange is the artist is still making art, pony art, even as recent as three days ago! They just for some reason removed the epic sneeze drawing they made.  Artist DA (https://www.deviantart.com/skyeypony).
