She's actually Marina Wulfstan from Valkyria Chronicles:

I used her for the animation for multiple reasons:

A: She's my best sniper in the game;
B: Her design is simple... Minus her uniform, that's why she's wearing a tank top in the animation;
C: She actually suffers from hayfever in the game! :3
    In Valkyria Chronicles 3 she actually sneezes when she gets near plants, so I was able to extract from the game files a clean sound clip of her sneeze.
    (Because I'm too lazy to ask permssion to real people to use their real sneezes)

This is honestly so good that I feel compelled to come out of my comfy hiding place and finally write a comment. Not only I love your style but having seen your other work I also have to admit that you have an excellent taste in characters. :D
Not only you did Nier Automata but following it up with P5 girls and now the Holy Mother Marina of the Church of GSR Rifles!

I've always wanted to play the video games but I've never done that nor watched the anime's.  So I don't know the character either, but you did a good job at recreating how I would imagine they sneeze based off the one image you showed of them. :D
