The title is a reference to "She Talks to Angels", a song by the Black Crowes about a girl struggling with a crippling heroin addiction.  Very dark reference for this show... although it is worthy to note that in fan comics, such as our beloved Adorkable Twilight, Fluttershy is shown to be in the illicit substances trade.  Coincidence on the writers' part, perhaps, but I find it funny.
