There is no source for this but it is new and drawn by Elisdoominika (https://derpibooru.org/2150195?q=artist%3Aelisdoominika). It is of Sunset Shimmer about to sneeze with a cold.  Their description below.

Ooh, very nice find here!  She seems to really like sneezing based off of a few physical characteristics. ;)

Nicely done by the artist with that good messy bed hair. :)

Thank you for sharing!  I like how they colored it.  Rather messily but from afar it looks great.  It's like those cool paintings that look blotchy up close but from a distance they all come together!  I like it.
