In a comic series done by CandyClumsy, Celestia transforms into a dragon. The comic is called, "Celestia's Cronenberg." Earlier comic episodes are quite graphic in terms of gore during the transformation. But the page linked below is completely safe and well done. Dragonified Celestia sneezes due to pepper on her steal and there is a sneeze cloud with puffs of pepper. It is a random sneeze too.

I made the mistake of looking at the earlier stuff. :P But the sneeze is lovely. There art CAN be lovely too.
Weird she makes a "CHOO" sound even though her mouth is completely closed and all the force is being rerouted through her nose. But that could just be how a non sneeze fetish draws and makes the sneeze sound. They don't think of how it would really sound and instead just write what people expect when someone sneezes. People might not know what a "Iggesshhooo" is or something, lol.

I like how her face is drawn while she is sneezing! I'm surprised the sneeze cloud is so small.

Not bad! A good sneeze. It's almost like she wanted to stifle but didn't.
