By an artist known as Zouyugi. (https://www.deviantart.com/zouyugi)  I know some people have wanted a Discord sneeze for awhile.  Looks like someone finally drew one.

Thank you for sharing this find! =) He might have been over at Fluttershy's house and didn't want to sneeze like he did on Rarity and Applejack in an episode

Male sneezes aren't my thing, but I like their cartoony style.
