Quite certain this is one of those Japanese things when someone thinks of someone, they end up sneezing.  Here is a sneezing Rainbow Dash.  Artist, Laochi777, sources below.

Thanks.  Not the greatest, but it's something. :)

I can say this artist draws nicely based on what they did draw and their other works. :)  The sneeze itself just sin't that great or interesting.

I have to agree.  They have talent with drawing characters, nice colors and shading.  The sneeze is underwhelming.

It's kinda meh.  But i love how they did Fluttershy's hair. :)
