I don't know who this is.... but it's possible some VR personality?  I don't know.  Their name is Andou Inari and she seems to be a fox girl.  But with anime, you can never be too certain about anything I'm afraid.  The artist is, Choumi Wuti (xueye fanmang zhong).  I think that's Chinese...

It's funny, old people grow hair in their ears and it's gross.  But hair in some young fox girl.... that's okay?  Lol.

I was thinking the same thing.  But her head has none... so I am not sure.  Maybe just sketch marks?
