Artist Yamamoto Souichirou made this image of, Houjou (Takagi-san), from, "Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san." I am pretty sure that is correct. Simple picture of this character sneezing into her hand but nicely detailed.

If it makes you feel better, she's grown in the manga. She's even a mom, now!
The pic with Houjou is inspired by how she sneezes in an episode/chapter of the anime/manga.
There are more sneezes from other characters throughout the episode (mostly Fs, but there are some Ms too). Here's a small part of it (2Ms and 2Fs).
