Early on if you would have asked me, I would have said they made Rarity sneeze the most.  But as the series went on, it was Pinkie.

(In younger Moondancer's voice) as my DB says, PP beats R with 8 over 7 (same as Spike, btw), if you count all sneezes separately, or 7 over 5, if you don't count ;D.
Rarity's, on the other hand, seems to be less voluntary and more detalized — especially the first one, where faces and voice playing were top-notch.

I imagine the version of this poster for earlier series, where Twilight's part would definely say «No panic!», and Moondancer's: «Stay at home and avoid contacts» ;D.
