An artist by the name of Sid-Is-Screaming created this dragon being tickled by a feather and bound.  Some may enjoy the subject matter or the expression.  You can also read the hardships this artist went through to post this, as well as an unhappy comment by a well known person.

Not to sound mean or unpleasant, but something about this picture is unsettling to me.  It gives me a bad vibe.
