Colds are a drag and Twilight encapsulates it well in this comic drawn by ProPonyPal.  You can feel the drama and the germs in this one!

Love the sneezes here.  This is great and really detailed spray.  Checked them both out.  I like the reddened nose and the dripping eyes.  Poor girl is miserable. So cute though in that misery.

Cartoony proportions but I really like how this one turned out.  It's all very good and I like the expressive faces! :D Sneezes are so great for expressions!  That first panel is GOLD!

Great cartoony expressions.  I could imagine this one animated!  It would be a lot of fun.
