Since we're posting a lot of 3P's old art I felt this one deserved some love too after all these years.

That sounds good. I'll just spitball some here.
I think Rarity being allergic to dust is quite popular around here. She has one of the more sensitive noses of the group.
Rainbow Dash I think would be the least sensitive of the sensitive ones. Feathers, namely her own would do the trick.
Twilight I think would have control seeing as how magic can surge during sneezes. But of all things, I think Pepper would do her in.
Pinkie Pie has been shown throughout the show to be the one who sneezes the most to a lot of things. But I like to think what makes her sneeze the most would be the prank shop's sneezing powder.
Applejack, she's tough to pinpoint for a sneeze reason. But I like your idea about her having a secret allergy to hay.
Fluttershy, let's be honest. Everything could make that girl sneeze. But what could really get her is Rarity's perfumes.

I like these ideas! I think I’ll create something tonight or tomorrow with some of this information! I’ll also add a few background ponies if I have room or I’ll make another for some known fan favorites.

Yeeessssh. I do remember this classic little thing. I remember it shook everyone's world in the Pony Sneeze community. Made lots of conversation back in the day.
There was sort of two camps. People who follows P3 canon and those who went with APD canon.
Then of course there was RainySunshine and MasterXtreme too whole had massive followings.
