Searching for an «anime sneeze» in Google ten minutes ago has driven me to a mention of a manga book where all cover art is a picture of pre-sneeze girl face (https://www.viz.com/sneeze-naoki-urasawa-story-collection) ;D.

Wow!!! That's a very sneezy pre-sneeze face... I wonder what the stories are about - the link tells us a bit about the contents, but we don't know how much sneeze-related they are... Thanks for sharing, @timmelon ! :)

That manga is actually Sneeze, believe it or not. Forgot their last name, but the authors name starts with Naoki.

This thing tend to happen often. A sneezy cover or premise with no actual sneezing.

That's right, the title is "Sneeze" (kushami) by Naoki Urasawa; there's a little info in English if you click on the link above the picture. But it looks like we can't find out how sneezy (or unsneezy) the stories are unless we buy the book... :(
