From Feb 1950, "The Funny Man Crimes", written by Bill Finger and drawn by Dick Sprang.   The Joker douses the host and audience of a TV program with sneezing powder.

A much more lethal version was done in "The Dark Knight Returns", part 2, where The Clown Prince of Crime, while appearing as a guest on a talk show, gassed over 200 people in the theater with his Joker venom.

I think Batman is my fav superhero.  The 90s animated Batman series was my favorite.
