I think it's just how under the image, Twitter always has a section called "MORE TWEETS" which are randomized to fit similar content to what we are looking at.  So it randomized some explicit stuff, which I am currently seeing as well with this link (https://twitter.com/Sharklock1/status/1447690602846560256?s=20).

But with this link (https://twitter.com/Sharklock1/status/1447690602846560256), the one MasterXtreme posted, it cuts the "more tweets" section out and it is only the image itself, with nothing else.


So apparently, the addition of "?s=20" in the url allows Twitter to show more tweets.
