This is pretty obviously a lift from the classic "Scootaloo's Scootaquest" or something.  Maybe another sneeze artist.  I know I've seen these exact poses before.

I do think I've seen this one before, at least the poses and expressions by another artist.  But I think this did turn out very good.

The amount of spray and sneeze cloud stuff in this is great.  Really nice on the magic too!  Her sneezes cause rays of magic to shoot uncontrollably!  :D  Liking it a lot, @@✨proponypal✨!  Keep it up.
