Looks like she felt it was a good sneeze.  Strong for her too.

Thanks for sharing, @RainySunshine ! It's cute, although I wish we would see more of her nose (but that's the anime style...).

Here's the translation:

Sneezy girl:          Heh--hepptchiiihhh!
Invisible person:   Ah, that's what you get from dressing like that on a cold day!
Sneezy girl:           Shut up! I'm telling you I'm OK!!
Invisible person:    You're trying to be tough again!... Come on, turn to me!

I can't fully read the small green writing on the girl's left side, it's too blurry. But as far as I could detect, I think it doesn't have anything to do with the sneezing.

Very great job by the artist on this one!  She looks really nice.  Nice unrestrained sneeze and the way she is bending shows the sneeze had some force to it.

Nice Christmas scene with a cute sneeze.  I'd say she is a Christmas gift for someone if she keeps on sneezing and dresses like that. Very cute.

Very lovely drawing.  Nice looking character. Her shirt is super tight.  It presses her breasts tightly together.  Not sure she should be dressing like this with such a short skirt in the middle of winter.  Haha!

Really some top art work here.  Look at all the colors and fine details.  I really can't express it into words, but it looks like so much was put into this.

Even her fingernails are detailed!! Really good drawing.  Tiny sneeze.
