This is a fan comic and video comic. The video is by Magpiepony and the art is by EbonyPegasus (https://www.deviantart.com/ebonypegasus/art/Slumberjack-Fluttershy-sneezes-while-Rarity-cleans-806989922). Everything is colored.
The scenario is like Sleeping Beauty. But in the particular scene you want to see, Rarity is sweeping up dust and the dust makes Fluttershy sneeze. You can watch the video below or enjoy the single scene below.

The artist does a nice job with their details in the scenery and characters. You can tell they care.

Cute drawings. I sort of scanned the video and the artist has put a ton of work into this. It's a shame how many artists are out there with so little attention.

I've never seen Sleeping Beauty, but I gotta say that Sneezing Beauty here is worth the watch ;)
I love the detail the artist placed here in terms of outfits and background. And the sneeze (or dust) cloud has an awesome texture to it too.

This drawing style reminds me of someone else's. I'm not sure if I remember who exactly. Is it early PPL16 or early ProPonyPal maybe? Very cool find.

Weird, I watched a solid five minutes past that part and no sneeze. Guess I'll just have to give up on this as a lost cause.

It seems like the scene was drawn, but not used in the video. Typical, they always skip things with sneezes. :P
