This is a commission by IdiotFarm and drawn by Perryrat24.  So you know what to expect here.  Pepper makes Dulcy the dragon sneeze.

The artist did a nice job drawing all these characters.  Is Dulcy from Sonic?  I don't even know?  I never watched these shows.

It's a lot of work for what they did here.  Lot's of effort with all the different angles and even the old color swatches.

Chest inflation to ridiculous proportions isn't my thing, but the dull and drab colors really fit the era of this cartoon.  The artist did a great job mimicking the character designs and style.  I appreciate that.

Wait...... how did she sneeze ice?

The artist did a fantastic job.  I hope they lived up to the very strict and harsh standards of the commissioner.  Because to me, this looks like they did a fantastic job.

Great nose for sneezing.  It's hard to mess up a dragon sneezing.  Artist did great!

Love how she sucks in that pepper powder!  Very nice nostrils and a good sneeze.  I feel like she deserved more sneezes for all that build up.  Must have an efficient nose.

The artist did a great job, just as everyone has been saying!  They match the style of the old show very good.
