There are certain things that can force some manly or womanly tears out of us. What is powerful enough to get you crying? A certain book? A show? Movie? Maybe something else? I'm talking strictly fictional media here that can still get your emotions going.

Telltale's The Walking Dead Season 1.
LEEEEEEE!!! *breaks down sobbing*

Cutting onions.
-
Hue! But he said fictional lol
-
Exactly. I don't cry. Period.

I thought we determined he was a comedy robot?
-
Hmm... One can do but still be an emotionless automaton. Right?
-
*Shurgs*
Sure? :)
-
Phhhbffft. I don't cry.
-
I won't lie. It's VERY hard for me to cry in front of fictional stuff.
-
For me its the final scene of the long running series Boy Meets World
-
I am with Numbers here. I don't think I really have cried over anything fictional. Not even, "Up's" opening sequence. I must be heartless.

Never have seen that before. Good story.
I did not cry.

Lel, I've come to realize things in real life don't make me cry as easily. Mostly because I was told, "don't ever let them see you cry" when I was bullied, so now I feel because I've learned to hold back, it takes a lot for real events to get muh tears a flowin'.
Fictional, perhaps it's a little easier for me to cry because I grow attached and watchin events unfold before me without being able to do anything? Wait that applies in real life too... Shit. I can't explain it heh heh.
And it's okay, Silverwing, I didn't cry during the opening of UP. Though it was very sad.
-
I can cry during stuff. I'm a wimp. :)
I can't think of anything specifically, but sad movies, scenes, even a song, can make me sniffle and tear up.

TOY STORY 3!

That's why I am crying. The could have ended the series perfectly after 3. ;)

I didn't cry during Toy Story 3... I hear a lot of people did though.
Ugh, a 4? Why? They closed it off so well. Why are they bringing it back when it had such a good ending?
HA! Soda gets it XD

I'm worried they will ruin it with a 4th. Milking it like Madagascar movies or, Shrek movies, or Ice Age films... all by Dreamworks.
-
Yeah. I feel like they're milking it. I feel like they'd have to open it again and then for them to try and close it as well as they did before is just not going to work. I'm sad really. I felt like they put it to rest. A good heart trilogy that didn't need to e continued anymore. Alas...

It was Disney that told Pixar to make a fourth.
-
Disney why D:

For the $. >:D

The thing is its not gonna be a chronologically correct sequel. It's gonna go back in time and focus on a romance between Woody and Bo-peep. At least thats what I heard.

Where did you hear that?
I guess we should wait for official word, unless that is the official word.
-
It's all around the net right now
-
Because the Internet totally doesn't lie.
And would Pixar seriously go there? I mean, there were hints and stuff but like, they're toys. I mean, I don't know. It just seems... Weirdly out of place for the series. Yes there's Buzz and Jessie but there relationship isn't the focus.
-
It seems to be the speculation.
-
Doesn't mean it's fact. It seems dumb to focus an entire movie on just that. It's unnecessary.
-
Maybe. Anyway I gotta go to work. See ya!
-
Apparently, it is true:
"In August 2015, at the D23 Expo, [John] Lasseter stated that the film would focus on the romance between Woody and Bo Peep. Its story will be built on the fact that Bo Peep was absent in Toy Story 3, with Woody and Buzz trying to find and bring her back."
My opinion: this doesn't sound like the best idea indeed.
-
Good god why.
Wait so does it take place with them in the little girls house trying to find Bo Peep? That sounds impossible. And not to mention a dumb idea. Guh, why. It was closed off so well.

Pixar has a way with things though, more then any other studio. It also might be pretty heart wrenching, like she went off to find a new owner, since the sister maybe didn't love her anymore or something. Maybe she broke and thought she wasn't wanted anymore? I am sure it will be good.

I will say certain things make me teary eyed. A really sad movie or a sad song can do it. Maybe even a sad book.
