Found this on Derpibooru today by an artist going by SKE. The derpibooru source is the direct source. The Saddle Row Review was one of the best episodes from Season 6 for many reasons. For us though, I think a sneezy Coco was the top reason.

Hmm... I see the tiny Russian word «achoo» below the spray; apparently, the size of the letters indicates how quiet the sneeze is :-\.
Anyway, it’s good that the events of old episodes are not forgotten and some fanart continues to be born ;D. I like the detail level of ears, hair and eyes.

Pretty nice new sneeze here.  The little sneeze cloud is too small in my opinion, but the colors and everything all look good.   Thanks for using a proper coding link @Blurr!  ^b-

Her hair is all disheveled and her nose is red, cheeks flush.  She looks positively sick.  Poor thing.

It's pretty good.  The sneeze cloud from her mouth is a tad strange, but the colors, linework, everything else is well done.

Her mane looks so ruffled and she seems unwell with a cold, though the background looks as if it is dust! So what is it?  A cold or allergies to dust?
