Some... weird sneeze transformation is here. Octavia is turning into a bagpipe (don’t ask (https://derpibooru.org/tags/bagpipe+dragon) :nervoussmile:), also, as noted in the description of author’s previous art (https://derpibooru.org/images/2963781), these plush music notes appear with her sneezes.

Honestly this is tame in comparison to some of the other weird stuff I’ve seen on the net.
