Hard to know if she is sneezing or nose blowing or both.  The artist (Flutterpawss) (https://www.deviantart.com/flutterpawss/art/InkTober-Day-23-Booger-934177304) tags it as sneezing though.

I like mouths closed like this when sneezing.  All the force is going out of her nose and I love it!
