This girl must have some allergies or just be rude to the poor kitty she is sneezing on.  Her friend is horrified as her bestie lets out a big sneeze on the cat!  Both are original characters and the art is done by 伍長 (https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/72560296).

It's cute but like everyone else, that cat didn't deserve to be sneezed on.... unless it likes it. ;D

Funny drawing that happens to be drawn very well.  It's weird how pretty much all anime style cartoons look exactly the same.  I wouldn't be able to tell the difference from one character in one show to another.
