So, a certain someone gave me the inspiration to do a sort of... sneeze comparison between my OCs.
So I figured: why not?
This is one giant doodle/sketch. It took a while to make, but dammit do I love this concept.
So, who IS the messiest sneezer of the trio: Cherry Blossom, Viewing Pleasure, and Mal?
Although certain factors do go into the final score, I will say that they are all honestly equal when it comes to mess.
However... does the mess INCREASE or DECREASE with the characters after consecutive sneezes? Lets find out.
Note: The final score is pure estimate. Depending on the amount of spray there is is what determines the score.

I won't spoil the ending, but I am greatly surprised at how detailed and how much content is in this! Came out of the blue! Great job! :D 11 out of 10!

Why did you earn these valuable Darrin Bucks? Because you just did like.... the best thing I can think of in recent memory! Maybe... EVER! I love it, and as I was going in, I was rooting for Mal! Ha ha. I love how she used her antenna hair thingy. I was actually looking at them as they sneezed and tried to calculate who did the most.
What really surprised me was the last panel. YOU SHOWED IT ALL! It was sooooo awesome, man! I am just like, super excited about how well you drew this and how cool or an idea it was! It was fantastic! They were all so cute, and Mal's expression in the second panel was perfect to me! Ha ha ha! They all get top scores from me though, but it is true, one was messier then the rest and I could noticeably see it.
How do you draw mess so good as well? Better then anyone out there.
Enjoy your 100D. It can be used for . . . so many things. Like that locked bathroom in the parking garage. You can use 1D as a token to open that door. Lucky you.

I don't think I could have asked for something better then this. I could have spent years trying to draw something even remotely similar to this and it just wouldn't play out! This is wonderful on so many levels, S4!

S4, you nailed this with your classic design of drawing. The characters come to life, not only through their actions, but their personalities. They are so different, yet united as friends, and they all have a unique quirk... not just physically.
I do have to ask, why do they all have some physical differences? Please excuse me for not knowing the cause. Why the robotic leg, or antenna, etc?

They're just stuff I added when I came up with the characters. Cherry has the robotic leg because I wanted her to be speshul. As for Mal, I made her with a storyline in mind that was based on System Shock 2. If you've ever played Bioshock, that thing on her hoof, or the thing that IS her hoof is basically what would be the Plasmids of SS2. The antennae is kinda just a thing. Even I don't know what to do with it/know what it does. But it ties into the fact that she's a cyborg.
If I were to make these characters today, I would probably not have added those features. Cherry's gonna be 3 years old in July, I believe. And Mal is either 2 or IS going to be 2. Same with Viewing.

Yeah, it doesn't work as well on mobile. I had to save the image on my iPod, so I could see it better.

I love your characters. I'm just grinning at all the details. I love backstory, I love character development, and I can feel it seeping from these one's. It's stellar, and the drawings are really well done.

I'm surprised to learn you don't even know what the robotic stuff and antenna's are, S4. Lol! Maybe someday they will just fall off and they can be normal? Ha ha. I don't know. I love them the way they are.

Dropbox's image viewing mode thing is super crap. It scales the image to fit the screen, but does so really, really badly, in my experience.

This is so cool, S4! I can't tell you how much this brightened my day. (Any non sneeze fetishists thinks were are so weird for saying all this on a sneezy mess pic). But in all seriousness this is so cool! I love how each of their personalities comes out with each sneeze, quite literally. ;) You are one of my fav artists.

This is probably my favorite piece of art by you this year! I love it when you draw sneezes and mess. I don't know how you draw the mucus so naturally, as it clings, rolls, and streams to everything so naturally. I would love to keep inducing Mal in this instance, get her on a real sneeze fit of like ten or so, and see what happens. ;) I also think that VP could get a better item to make her sneeze more. I see promise. Very solid performance from super sweet, Cherry!
I'm gonna call for a rematch, but switch the items used. So that feather would go to someone else, the tissue would go to someone else, the antenna... hehehe, would be used on someone else. It could be a three part comic and see which items actually cause them oat sneezes, plus it would be funny to see how uneasy Mal gets having her antenna be used to induced someone else's sneezes.
REALLY impressive, and this made my week.

I know, it is such a cool pic. I am tempted to say weird words that shouldn't go with art, but are more tied to fetishism and sexual desire.
It's a weird world, this world of fetish art. Is it innocent art? Is it something more? Where did I put my wallet? Why am I missing one sock after the laundry? So many great questions, not enough good answers.

I'd say it's fairly innocent. The only reason why it would be not so innocent for us is that some of us (not all, but some) find the fetish sexual.
I dunno if these were actual questions but I answered it anyways.

I appreciate the answer. It was just kind of out there. So I question if I have a sexual fetish then sometimes, or if I an mentally odd and just really like sneezes? I draw stuff, often to be non sexual, and I don't view it sexually when I draw it. I know others do the same. Hmmm.

This is fabulous! Is it bad to wish there was another sneeze competition like this? Like a championship run with different sneeze competitions such as a sneeze fit combo round to count how many sneezes in a row? Maybe another mess competition on the most mess. Maybe something like who can sneeze their spray the furthest and who can hold back a sneeze the longest? Hmmm. Sounds exciting and I love the comic.

One of which is that I just kinda suck at posing characters, so they all ended up samey. At least, that's how I personally felt.
Also, I dunno, a part of me kinda feels like y'all didn't really like seeing me kinda spam my characters sneezing, so I kinda just figured "Eh".

Either. I love your normal art too (hence why I try to watch when you do streams). But of course I am bias to loving sneeze art for various reasons. Especially pone sneeze/female sneezes. Your mess is incomparable. As are your cutesy poses.

I never really said nobody didn't care. I said I figured y'all would just get tired of the same shit, same characters, which I have/had the tendency of doing, so I just stopped and continued on making whatever else with those characters. Non sneeze related content.

Be free with what you want to draw. I can relate to how you feel to be honest. I have slowed down a lot...
Seriously though, the way you draw sneezes is really cool to see! One of my personal favorite ideas you have is with the nose boop hand idea or when the hands use the tissues to tease a nose into a messy release. I recently watched Soul Eater and I totally can see those hands doing that in that world to different characters in the show, offering tissues afterwords to the sneezy person.
