Simple little anime drawing.  They all start to look the same.  The text makes it seem her sneeze was big, but it all seems so small with the lack of a nose.  ::| Anime...

Cute. How she just runs her hands up to her sides and doesn't attempt to cover her sneeze is a very anime kind of thing to do. ;D
